DESCRIPTION:26 de setembro de 2024 \n 09h00 – 17h00 \n Rua das Portas de Santo Antão\, Lisboa \nA Delegação Nacional Portuguesa da Câmara de Comércio Internacional | ICC Portugal\, em cooperação com o epi– Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office\, vai realizar um seminário sobre a Patente Unitária e o Tribunal Unificado de Patentes\, no dia 26 setembro\, na sede da ICC Portugal\, Rua das Portas de Santo Antão\, 89\, em Lisboa. \nO seminário terá como oradores Bart van Wezenbeek\, Mandatário Europeu de Patentes\, Manolis Samuelides\, Vice-Presidente do Comité da Prática de Patentes Europeias do epi\, e a Senhora Desembargadora Rute Lopes\, Juiz do Tribunal Unificado de Patentes\, na Divisão Local de Lisboa. \nA sessão incidirá sobre os fundamentos do sistema\, nomeadamente a protecção de patentes europeias com efeito unitário e o Tribunal Unificado de Patentes (TUP/UPC)\, incluindo questões estratégicas considerando a obtenção de efeito unitário ou da utilização do mecanismo de opt out\, bem como uma revisão sobre a mais relevante jurisprudência de cariz procedimental do TUP até ao momento. \nO seminário decorrerá inteiramente de forma presencial\, em inglês\, e os lugares são limitados.
